Greywolf's ATAQ Research is a flat-fee candidate identification, recruitment and profiling service enabling customers to directly contact qualified candidates performing targeted functions within their most desired source companies, regardless of their physical location. ATAQ Research was designed to replace traditional, passive sourcing options, such as advertising and job fairs.

We only identify, recruit and profile candidates working in these targeted functions and companies. ACCURATE - Before you ever make a recruiting call to an ATAQ Research candidate, you can be assured that two events have occured; Greywolf's research team has expended every effort to exhaustively penetrate your primary source companies, and our profiling team has generated information on the candidate based on person to person conversations. Our direct contact methodology assures that you receive fresh, real-time information on candidates. Each candidate profile is reviewed for accuracy at least twice before being submitted to you. ATAQ Research delivers a quality final product by design.

QUALIFIED - Every member of Greywolf's profiling team has received general technology training. Additionally, prior to the launch of any ATAQ Research engagement, the assigned profilers receive a technical briefing addressing the products, technology and job skills associated with the assignment. As a result, our profiling team is able to effectively determine whether contacted candidates have the technical competencies required for your position. To further this process, you will also have the opportunity to provide us with a list of "critical questions" that you would like every candidate to be asked.

The minimum value you will receive from every ATAQ Research engagement includes:

Initial Call List
At the beginning of each ATAQ Research engagement, you will be asked to assist us in the identification of potential source company targets, as well as the functional positions you want our research and profiling teams to focus on. Once the initial research is completed, you will have the opportunity to review and approve our initial call list, which illustrates the names, suspected titles and company affiliation of all identified candidates.

Final Call List
At the completion of an ATAQ Research engagement, you will receive a Final Call List, including names of all candidates contacted, along with their confirmed titles, company affiliation, contact information, and current recruiting status.

Profiles
Candidate profiles are the ultimate deliverable for an ATAQ Research engagement. Simply put, profiles are brief descriptions of the experiences and qualifications of potential candidates. During the course of an ATAQ Research engagement, you will receive a flow of candidate profiles as they are developed. A typical profile may include the following:
