Greywolf's search practice was incorporated in 1992 by a small group of high technology staffing professionals. Our initial objective was to define and deliver search services that would consistently out perform both retained and contingency alternatives on a performance-for-cost basis.

In other words, we set out to provide the type of search services we wanted to buy, but could never find, when we were working in corporate staffing roles.

The results have been phenomenal. Since our start-up in 1992, our fill rates have consistently exceeded 70%, and more than 80% of our first-time retained customers have rewarded our efforts with repeat business.

This success has enabled us to create and maintain long-term customer relationships with a small number of customers across the United States. We take pride in the fact that our customers consider us to be partners, rather than vendors, in their recruiting efforts.

SEARCH PROCESS MODEL

Greywolf utilizes a highly efficient process model designed to deliver a short list of qualified candidates from your most desired recruiting sources within 30 to 50 work days....even if we've been retained to address a position or industry that's new to us. IN-PROCESS STATUS REPORTS

Our project status reports allow you to see exactly who we've identified and contacted on your search. Sorted by target company, these reports provide you with candidate names, confirmed titles, and their status. We'll even let you know why individual candidates weren't interested in your opportunity.
