At Greywolf, we're always interested in speaking with potential candidates for our search team. We tend to hire people into one of three positions; Recruiter, Researcher or Search Consultant. Descriptions for these positions are included in this section.
RECRUITER
Greywolf's Recruiters are responsible for making the critical first contact with prospective candidates for executive, management and leadership positions in a variety of high technology industries. Experienced candidates are also given the opportunity to profile, pre-screen and pre-qualify candidates for assigned searches.
Greywolf's Recruiters must possess a minimum of a bachelors degree, although degree requirements may be waived if the candidate has 4-6 years of applicable industry experience.
Nearly all of the Recruiters we've hired have been engaging people who have experienced success in a recruiting or sales role utilizing the telephone. An interest in technology and its applications is a plus.
RESEARCHER
Greywolf's Researchers are responsible for identifying prospective candidates for executive, management and leadership positions in a variety of high technology industries. Experienced candidates will utilize the Internet and direct telephone contacts to achieve research project objectives.
Greywolf's Researchers must possess a minimum of a bachelors degree, although degree requirements may be waived if the candidate has 4-6 years of applicable industry experience.
Desired candidates will typically possess a basic knowledge of organizational structure, Internet search and research techniques, and will have exceptional verbal communications skills. An interest in technology and its applications is a plus.
SEARCH CONSULTANT
Greywolf's Search Consultants are responsible for the development and maintenance of customer accounts, as well as the performance and management of research, recruiting and customer process management activities. Search Consultants are responsible for extending Greywolf's presence and influence in key technology industry segments throught the successful execution of search asignments. Although we will consider external candidates, the Search Consultant position is typically reserved as a promotional opportunity for current Greywolf employees.
Greywolf's Search Consultants must possess a minimum of a bachelors degree, although degree requirements may be waived if the candidate has 4-6 years of applicable industry experience.
Desired candidates will have typically worked in a corporate and/or external search capacity, or as a professional in an applicable sector of the high technology industry, and will have demonstrated expertise in the following functional areas:
- Definition of position requirements and skill evaluation techniques
- Formulation of search and research strategies
- Candidate evaluation and pre-qualification
- Recruitment process and candidate transition management
