Kim founded Greywolf Consulting Services, Inc. in 1990, after leaving Applied Materials, the world's largest semiconductor capital equipment supplier, where he served as Director of Corporate Staffing. Kim began his career in human resources in 1979, after graduating from the California State University at Chico with a degree in Business Administration. Prior to joining Applied Materials, Kim held recruiting and management positions with the Link division of the Singer Company, and Advanced Micro Devices. Kim's search career began in 1985 with a three year stint as a Vice President with Michael James and Associates, a Dallas-based executive search firm, where he was a two-time top biller. |

Kathleen joined Greywolf in 2000 as a Search Recruiter, and was promoted to the position of Search Consultant in 2003. Although Kathleen's practice is focused on the development of relationships with companies developing communications and imaging technology, her recruiting experience has exposed Kathleen to a wide range of technologies and industry sectors.
Prior to joining Greywolf, Kathleen co-founded and managed AMBER Lodging Company, providing corporate housing and relocation services to major employers across the United States.
In all, Kathleen brings 22 years of business management, sales and consultative expertise to her customer engagements. Her 3 years of experience as Greywolf's lead Search Recruiter gives Kathleen an insider's perspective on Greywolf's search process, as well as a significant grounding in a wide range of technologies and product sectors.
Kathleen earned Bachelors degrees in both Psychology and Business Administration from Texas A & M University.

Heather began her career with Greywolf in 1995 after receiving her Bachelors degree in Mass Communications from West Texas A & M University.
In her initial 4 years with Greywolf, Heather worked as a Search Recruiter, then transitioned into the position of Production Manager for HexPro, a recruitment skills training service created and offered by Greywolf.
Following relocation to Dallas, Heather worked in Human Resource and Operations Management positions in the e-commerce and Internet security industry.
Heather rejoined Greywolf in 2003 as a Search Recruiter. Although she manages recruiting activities across a broad range of industry and technology segments, Heather is focusing her attention on companies offering leading edge communications and enterprise software products and services.
Heather has served on the Board of Directors for the Capital City Association of Personnel Consultants.
