When you choose to work with contingency search firms, it's typically because you want the flexibility to work with a wide group of recruiters with no up-front costs. But contingency recruiters can't afford to invest time and money on the research and dedicated effort required to solve your tough recruiting challenges. While we always require a retainer for Container search assignments, Greywolf doesn't bill customers for a final placement fee unless we've filled the position. As a result, we're highly motivated to finish everything we start.

Once we've defined your search requirements and primary source companies, we're generally no more than 2 weeks away from identifying your most desired candidates by name and title.
