In the 1990’s, Greywolf’s founder discovered an incredibly high level of commonality between the generic process models for Manufacturing and Recruiting operations. 

The most impactful common feature of the two process models is that they are cumulative in nature, meaning success in each step of their processes is based on success in all preceding process steps. 

That discovery led to the application of Total Quality Management (TQM) to Recruiting use cases and the definition of in-process diagnostic metrics for the application, enabling the identification of process failures and their underlying root causes.  Once identified, these root causes can be eliminated, resulting in improved Recruiting performance.

The development of Greywolf’s Just-In-Time (JIT) Recruiting solutions resulted from a challenge question from a prospective customer, who asked:

“Can you define a recruiting process producing a 1-week fill time?”

We couldn’t at the time, but we worked the problem, solved it, and now we’re offering access to an easy-to-understand set of methods and techniques enabling minimal fill times for any planned hire.
